Medication refills will be faxed or phoned to your pharmacy on the same day of your request if received before 3:30 p.m. If you contact your pharmacist, they can fax us your prescription request. If you are out of a medication that would be dangerous for your to miss, the doctor can be reached at 405-475-0100 24 hours a day. Please be courteous and avoid waiting until the last minute to call for your medication as best as you can.


We send medical records to your physicians and medical providers at their request, or yours, free of charge (except printing). Patients have a right to copies of their medical records as well. Producing your medical records takes staff time, so please request your records at least a week ahead of time. There’s a 50-cent per-page charge for records provided to you.


Getting healthy is not easy. Visiting our clinic and changing lifelong behaviors in favor of a more healthy lifestyle is difficult for Dr. Dimick’s patients. To accommodate them in as many ways as possible, Dr. Dimick offers night and weekend appointments. She tries her best to make it as easy as possible for her patients to adhere to their treatment plans and succeed with all their goals. Dr. Dimick also specifically designed her office to be welcoming - unlike cold, clinical offices - so that her patients don’t dread their appointments.
