Prevention wellness, early detection, and quality time for all.

Although, the doctor will see all patients with or without insurance, Dr. Dimick does not discount contract with health insurance companies such as: Medicare, Cigna, United Health, Health Choice, Aetna, BCBS or Tri-Care. She sees these patients on a fee-for-service basis. Fee for service means we will give you a pre-printed form to file with your insurance company and then your insurance company will reimburse part of the fee you paid us.

Payment Policies: The Chicken Letter

Insurance companies reimburse visits for disease and illness in a routine 7-10 minute visit, rather than on prevention and wellness. We choose to spend quality time with our patients and focus on prevention wellness and early detection.

Although the doctor will see all patients with or without insurance, she does not discount contract with health insurance companies. Dr. Dimick is considered "out of network"' with your particular insurance plan and you will be asked to pay service charges at the time of service. We will provide a copy of your completed claim which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, amount determined by your policy.

If you are filing insurance for visits at Dr. Dimick's office, please know the insurance company will reimburse you an out-of-network percentage determined by your insurance company. Always contact your insurance company for the specifics of your coverage.

Most laboratory and radiology tests are covered by your insurance; however, coverage is determined by the provider of the service and your insurance carrier.

As a consumer, it is important to know how your insurance plan works. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with your plan's coverage and contact your carrier if you should have any questions. Our office may verify coverage with your carrier, but they don't give us details regarding your policy.
